| Our command center dispatchers are at the hub of our communications procedures. Dispatchers are highly trained in all functions, including utilization of computers and electronic equipment, alarm response procedures and public relations. Security officers stay in contact through cell phones. Dispatchers are equipped with immediate access to contact information for management personnel, plus direct dial to all police and fire authorities.
All calls for service are logged into our computerized dispatch system and require a disposition from the security officer within a specific time window, depending upon the nature of the call. Our system will alert dispatchers immediately if a disposition is missed so that appropriate action can be taken.
