Veterans Security supervisors work very closely with all security officers through training, counseling, inspections and evaluations. Supervisors also act as a liaisons between officers and clients. Each supervisor is responsible for a sector of clients and the officers assigned to those clients. Supervisors stay close in contact and provide support however necessary. GPS tracking for our guard division and mobile patrol division ensures that supervisors are working in “real time” to monitor officers throughout a shift.
Each sector supervisor makes inspections at each shift to reinforce procedures and review duties. Supervisors also utilize more formal “training task sheets” during inspections to test officers’ knowledge and execution of a specific duty. Inspections also ensure that officers adhere to our strict uniform guidelines, maintaining an effective and professional appearance at all times.
